The price of EML to PDF Pro is $9.90, paid once: lifetime access, no subscription. You get a license key that unlocks the paid features in your browser, with no account. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
Refunds
If the tool cannot handle your file, you get a full refund within 14 days of purchase: contact support@emltopdf.net. Refunds are processed through Creem. Read the full refund policy, theterms and the privacy policy.

FAQ
Do I have to pay to convert an email?
No. Opening any number of emails, downloading attachments one by one and saving each email as its own PDF are free, with no sign-up.
What does the paid version add?
Bulk export: all emails as a ZIP of PDFs in one click, one merged PDF sorted by date, and all attachments in one ZIP. One payment of US$9.90, no subscription.
How do I unlock the paid features after paying?
After checkout you receive a license key. Enter it under “Enter license key” on any tool page and click Activate. The key is remembered in that browser.
Are my emails uploaded when I use the paid version?
No. Everything is done in your browser. The only request is the license check, which sends your license key and an ID for this browser, never an email.
Who processes the payment?
Creem, our merchant of record. They handle the checkout, card details, sales tax or VAT, and receipts. We never see your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the tool cannot handle your file, you get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact us and the refund goes back through Creem to your original payment method.
