Privacy Policy
Short version: your emails never leave your device. Last updated 2026-10-09.
Your files
When you open an .eml or .msg file, your browser reads it on your own device. The file, its contents, its attachments and the PDF or ZIP you create are never sent to a server. Closing or reloading the page discards them.
Remote images
Pictures that an email loads from the internet are blocked by default, so the sender cannot see that you opened it. If you click “Load remote images” on an email, your browser requests those pictures from their servers, as it would in any mail app.
License check (paid features only)
The page loads its own files from this domain, including the PDF code when you export. The only request that carries anything you entered is the license check: when you enter a license key, at most once a day after that, and when you remove the key, your browser sends the license key and an instance ID for this browser to this site’s server, which asks Creem about the key. No email data is included. Our server logs the result with a short one-way hash of the key, never the key itself.
The key, the instance ID and the date of the last check are stored in your browser’s local storage so you don’t have to enter the key again. Use “Remove license key” or clear your browser data to delete them.
Payments
Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem collects the details needed for checkout, such as your email address and payment information, under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details.
What the site stores
The site sets no cookies, has no accounts and runs no advertising or analytics scripts. If that changes, this page will be updated first and the change listed in the changelog.
Server logs
Like any website, the hosting provider that delivers these pages may record standard request details such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. These logs never include your emails, because they are not sent.
