How to get a refund

If the tool cannot handle your file, you get a full refund of the $9.90 within 14 days of purchase. The price is paid once; there is no subscription to cancel.

1. Contact support@emltopdf.net within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Include the email address you used at checkout, or your order number from the Creem receipt.

What happens next

We issue the refund through Creem, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider. When a refund is issued, we deactivate the license key, so the paid features lock again.

After 14 days

Contact us anyway if something is wrong. We will look at it case by case. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live, including any statutory right of withdrawal described in Creem’s buyer terms. See also the terms of service.
