About EML to PDF
A small web tool that turns saved email files into PDFs, without uploading them anywhere.
What it is and who it is for
EML to PDF opens .eml and .msg files, including .mbox mailbox archives, shows each email with its From, To, Cc, Date and Subject header, and saves it as a PDF with text you can select and search. It is for people who already have saved email files, for example a folder of emails saved from Outlook or Thunderbird, and want them as PDFs for a record, an HR or legal file, or an archive. The converter, the EML viewer, the MSG converter and the MBOX converter all work this way.
How it works
Everything runs in your browser. When you open a file, your browser reads it on your own device. The file, its contents, its attachments and the PDF you create are never sent to a server, and there is nothing to install. The only request that carries anything you entered is the license check for the paid plans, which sends the license key and no email data. The privacy policy lists exactly what is kept.
What is free and what is paid
Opening any number of emails and saving each one as its own PDF is free, with no sign-up. The paid plans add downloading all emails as a ZIP of PDFs, merging many emails into one PDF sorted by date with a contents page and page numbers, and adding PDF and image attachments as pages: a Case Pass (US$29.90 once, 90 days, no renewal), Pro (US$14.90 a month or US$99 a year, cancel any time) or Legal (US$24.90 a month or US$199 a year, with Bates page numbering and up to 10 browsers). See pricing for the full comparison.
Card payments are handled by Waffo, our merchant of record. You can ask for a refund within 14 days, no questions asked, as described in the refund policy.
